Opal Beauty semi permanent makeup is my own business that I have been fortunate to set up offering both semi-permanent makeup and semi-permanent eyelashes.  

 

I have always had a passion for makeup as I myself have had trouble with trying to match my eyebrows and not wanting to leave the house without my mascara on.  So after being on maternity leave from my job in the legal profession to have my two babies, I decided that now is the time to follow my dream.

 

I am now qualified in many treatments including semi permanent makeup, semi permanent eyelashes, Dermaplaning, BB Glow, and No Needle Fillers  using the Hyaluron Pen.

My beauty room is set up in the town centre in Blackburn.  I am fully insured and hold a licence to carry out the treatments with Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council.
